High Court judge Justice Webster Chinamora is allegedly under attack from NetOne board members for ruling that the order to reinstate the company’s CEO Lazarus Muchenje must be implemented or the NetOne board faces contempt of court charges.
It is believed that NetOne lawyers have been instructed to block Muchenje entry to the building even after he gained a high court interdict to continue serving as CEO of the parastatal. The board is intent on blocking him from NetOne at all costs.
