State- owned mobile network operator Net one is set to review bundle tariffs, even though the service has been spotty of late.
The ‘’review’’ as they call it is another term for price increase.
Netone advised their customers that the bundle charges will be reviewed tomorrow.
“Dear Valued Customer, Please be advised that we are reviewing our bundle tariffs with effect from 05 March 2021.” Netone said in an SMS.
The announcement of the price increase comes after Netone has already been struggling to provide consistent data services for its dear subscribers for weeks now.
Meanwhile, Netone also sent messages to their users that their shops are now open from Monday to Friday From 9am to 3pm with all customer queries being attended.
