Legendary Gospel Musician, Baba Mechanic Manyeruke says he will retire from the music industry soon so as to pave way for the young generation.
In an interview with 263times, the 71 years old, Moses hit maker said he hopes to make a public retirement in August this year.
“I was hoping to retire in August but I am not sure how my manager and children are going to go about it. I am just waiting to hear from them.” He said.
When asked what’s next for the Pfurai Nepano hit maker, Baba Manyeruke said he has dreams of going to rest and farm in the rural areas.
“I will go kumusha and do gardening and farming, watching my kettle and just being happy and resting.” Baba Manyeruke said.
Mechanic Manyeruke said he had already left a legacy for his children and is now happy to leave the music industry, paving way for the young generation to take over.
Baba Manyeruke urged the younger generation to always be respectful to others and to follow the good ways so that they will protect the norms of the country.
