Veteran journalist Tawanda Gudhlanga has died from Covid-19 related complications.
Tawanda is well known for hosting a number of business programmes on ZBC-TV and Classic 263 radio including the Business Forum. At the time of his death, he was working as a station manager at YaFM in Zvishavane.
Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information, Mr Nick Mangwana described Gudhlanga’s death as a great loss to the media industry.
“The bundle of life in this picture next to Minister Mthuli Ncube is Tawanda Gudhlanga. I hear he has passed away. It’s really sad that we continue to lose experienced Media Practitioners and great personalities. RIP Bro.” Mangwana posted on his twitter handle.
