Giant telecommunications company, TelOne has suspended Data Rollover services to it’s customers sighting “unremitting failures” on the host platform.
In a statement, TelOne said data rollover was affecting the service provider, hindering it from offering quality services.
“This is owing to the unremitting failures on the host platform which has been affecting overall service offering and quality rendering the facility impossible to sustain.” Read the statement in part.
The suspension is with immediate effect.
TelOne however said the changes will only affect new bundle purchases and not running bundles.
“The facility discontinuation will affect new bundle purchases and will not affect running bundles.” TelOne said.
Data rollover means having your unused data roll over from one month to the next. So, if for example you have a 4GB data allowance and only used 3GB one month, the next month the 1GB that you didn’t use would be added to your allowance, giving you 5GB.
