After some confusion on Monday, the last 16 draw for the UEFA Champions League for the 2021/22 season has been eventually conducted successfully.
On Monday UEFA announced that they had to redo the draw following a technical problem with the software of an external service provider that instructs the officials as to which teams are eligible to play each other.
It said a material error occurred in the draw and as a result, the draw had to be declared void and was redone at 15:00 CET.
