Warriors will play Malawi on the 14th of January in their second AFCON Group B fixture before taking on Guinea on 18 January.
If warriors manage to qualify for AFCON round of sixteen [16} this year, this would be their first time to progress to the next stage of the competition.
Zimbabwe was eliminated in AFCON group stages in 2004, 2006, 2017 and 2019.
