Warriors To Get US$1k Each For Win Against Guinea – FBC Bank

Financial services giants, FBC Bank have reiterated that they will give US$1 000 to each Warriors player following their 2-1 victory over Guinea at the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals underway in Cameroon.

Meanwhile, the Warriors have missed out on houses they had been promised by the bank in the event that they became champions of the AFCON tournament.

In a statement FBC bank congratulated warriors for their win against Guinea.

“Congratulations to the Warriors on the 2 – 1 victory over Guinea!

“The team will get a match-winning bonus of US$1,000 per player for the Guinea Match.”

This comes after FBC bank had made a pledge on 14 January. On the pledge they promised to award warriors with houses and financial benefits.

“FBC today unveiled the “Bring The AFCON Cup Home & Get A House” pledge to the Zimbabwe National Soccer Team.

“FBC is excited to have pledged the following to the team should they bring the trophy home:

– Players & coach – each gets a fully built house!

– Medical team – US$10,000 each!

– Winning bonus per game of US$1,000!

“Get behind the warriors! ” reads their previous statement.

Meanwhile, the Warriors are out of the AFCON following their losses in the first two matches against Senegal and Malawi.
