Zimdancehall music producer DJ Fantan real name Anorld Kamudyariwa has refuted media reports that he was arrested and detained at Waterfalls police station yesterday for domestic violence.
His response comes after H-Metro reported that Fantan was arrested after his wife, Gamuchirai Nemukunyu, reported him to the police.
But, posting on his Facebook page today, Fantan accused the publication of seeking relevance by publishing “falsehoods”.
“H-Metro do your research and get your facts straight before throwing labels on people. False accusations are a serious matter in the deen,” he said.
He also assured his fans, friends and family that there was nothing going on between his wife and him.
