Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League (PSL) giant, Highlanders defied the odds last week Sunday when they defeated FC Platinum 2-1 in matchday three.
The sensational match which was a dog it dog affair was played at Barbourfields.
Highlanders goals came from Stanley Ngala, a former FC Platinum player, and defender Peter Muduhwa. They scored in the 27th and 33rd minutes respectively.
FC Platinum scored their consolation goal in the second half.
