Lynn Forbes Opens Up After AKA’s Sudden Death

Lynn Forbes, mother of the late South African Rapper, AKA has finally expressed her feelings publicly insisting that she misses her son’s “calls and texts so much”.

AKA was killed along with his long-time friend Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane on February 10 in Durban where he was scheduled to perform at a nightclub to celebrate his birthday.

The news of the rapper’s death spread like wildfire and his family, friends, girlfriend Nadia Nakai and the Megacy were left shattered.

More than two months on, the pain still lingers but some days are worse than others, according to AKA’s mother, Lynn Forbes.

To show the world that she really miss her slain son, Lynn Forbes took to Instagram to share some of the happy moments they shared with AKA before his tragic passing.

“Today is really difficult. The hardest part is that you have gone forever quiet on my phone. I miss your texts and calls so much 💔,” she wrote, adding a picture of a previous conversation the two had shared.

Currently, the SAPS are carrying out investigations to ensure that those who killed AKA face the full wrath of the law.
