DANet Launches Chinhoyi Phase 3 Housing Project

Zimbabwean News You Can Trust

Destiny of Africa Network (DANet) last Saturday launched phase 3 housing project in Chinhoyi, as it continued with its generous initiative of offering affordable serviced stands to women, youths, widows, women and low-income citizens.

The launch of Phase 3 residential stands in Chinhoyi was not the first housing project DANet has provided, as in Marondera, Mutare and Harare scores of people have benefited from the renowned housing scheme giant.

Addressing journalists after a meeting with Chinhoyi residents, DA Network boss Reverent Obadiah Msindo encouraged Zimbabweans working in foreign countries to register with his housing company so that they buy stands at affordable prices.

He told journalists that DANet housing projects are legitimate, adding that over 50 000 people, including some police officers, government officials and soldiers, benefited from phase 1 and 2 projects.

“We have low income earners working in diaspora. If you go to South Africa, you see that Zimbabweans are working as maids, shop workers, waiters, but ladies and gentlemen, even those in the UK, Canada and America, we are giving them the same terms to acquire stands, and we can also assist them on our housing scheme.

“Most vendors are not capable of copying with other housing schemes that require a lot of money, but we are here to enable people to have residential stands. We have police officers and soldiers who have benefited from our housing programs,” he said.

As stated by Reverend Msindo, DANet launched phase 1 and 2, in 2009, which enabled over 50 000 people to acquire residential stands. Msindo stressed his housing project compliments the government’s efforts by offering affordable housing to Zimbabweans.

DANet housing projects across various provinces align with the Ministry of National Housing and Social Amenities mission to provide modern and affordable priced residential areas for the people. The housing scheme has become a dominant force in the housing projects, which fulfills the needs of local clients and those outside the country.
