“Ahead of the International Day of the Girl Child and the 2020 Exam period. Orion foundation Trust has initiated a pad drive to assist vulnerable writing candidates. Sanitary wear has become a challenge to the girl child especially the ones living in rural communities with some even missing school during their menstruation.
In this regard the organisation is seeking donations of sanitary pads that will go towards the writing candidates so that they do not miss their exams due to lack of sanitary pads. Your contribution will go a long way in empowering the girl child.” She said

“We are going to be moving around Zvimba west donating pads to vulnerable kids writing their form 4 and form 6. The commemorations are going to be done on the 12 since 11 will be on Sunday.” She said.
