Matopo High School in Matabeleland South have been sealed off following 10 students tested positive to Covid-19.
This has become a second school in the Matabeleland province to sealed off due to Covid- 19 cases the first being John Tallach Secondary in Ntabazinduna, Matabeleland North which tested 5 more kids on Monday resulting to 183 staff and students affected at the school.
The positive tests at Matopo were detected after their rapid response team responded to reports of pupils with higher than normal temperatures. Samples were also collected at other schools in the province which called into their hotline and results are due.
