President Emmerson Mnangagwa has yesterday launched the 2nd phase of the Covid-19 national vaccination program in the City of Victoria Falls.
The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information Mr Nick Mangwana said the response to the Covid -19 vaccination in Victoria Falls was successful.
”President @edmnangagwa toured Victoria Falls Hospital where he was informed that the response to the call for vaccination in the City has been very encouraging.” Mangwana posted on his twitter handle.
President Emmerson Mnangagwa also received his first jab in Victoria Falls yesterday.
Meanwhile, Pastor Tawana Tshuma of the General Foundation Apostolic Church In Christ urged all members of Apostolic churches to be vaccinated.
”As a pastor l have been vaccinated which is a good thing. I am therefore encouraging all the apostolic churches to be vaccinated in the vaccine programs, yes God heals but in this pandemic we need both, lets all get vaccinated.” Pastor Tshuma said.
