Eden Hazard To Feature Against Chelsea UCL Semi Final Tomorrow

Chelsea Football Club could come up against their former player Eden Hazard tomorrow when they play Real Madrid in Spain.

The match will be theirĀ  first leg match.

Chelsea Head Coach Thomas Tuchel admitted that the UCL semi final will be a tuff fixture given the fact that the Belgian midfielder Eden Hazard is back on track.

“Many people know him well but we don’t only talk about him, he was a key player but now he plays for Real Madrid. He is fit, had a comeback in the last game. If he plays, I am sure he wants to make a point. They can leave his spot open and only play with ten if they want.” He said.

Meanwhile Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel said only midfielder Matteo Kovacic will be unavailable for his side’s trip to Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-final first leg tomorrow.

“Only Matteo Kovacic is missing, everybody else is available and everybody else will be in the squad,” said Tuchel.

However Tuchel praised his side on their win against Westham last weekend insisting that Chelsea deserved the win.

“We deserved the win [against West Ham] and it was a crucial win. we play in the most demanding league in Europe and we play almost every three days. We performed and we showed our skills in all of these matches.” he added.

The former PSG manager added that there was no room for excitement as he said that his side was to face various tough competitions in Europe.

“It’s more games in the schedule we already have, so it is very hard for me to get excited. All the discussions about the Super League may means the new format has been missed.

“We have so many new formats, with a Nations League as well, it is just more and more games. It’s not quality, it’s just more games. At the same time, we have just three substitutes in the Premier League, which is the toughest competition.

“The strategy is to be ourselves. The higher you climb, the more you rely on your strengths that make you comfortable. Hopefully, we do not overthink it, and the challenge is to be the best version of ourselves for 90 minutesĀ  in Madrid.” Tuchel added.

Chelsea will face Real Madrid Tomorrow in UEFA Champions League semi finals and the winning team will proceed to play the final against either Manchester City or PSG.
