‘ED, Zanu Pf Must Go They Are A Curse’-Sikhala

The vice-chairperson of the Citizens Coalition for Change {CCC} has expressed grief to challenges haunting Zimbabwe, insisting that President Emmerson Mnangagwa and his administration must vacate office because “they are a curse to this nation.”

In a move to address the dilapidated economy, Mnangagwa recently suspended bank lending, a move he thought would stabilize the exchange rates.

But in a statement yesterday, Reserve Bank Governor Dr. John Mangudya announced the lifting of the lending ban saying, “the lifting of the ban doesn’t apply to those entities that are under investigation by the Financial Intelligence Unit.”

However, despite Mnangagwa and Mangudya’s efforts to restore normalcy into the Zimbabwean economy, Sihkala posted on his Twitter handle that “Jonh Mangudya, Mthuli Ncube, the entire system from Mnangagwa and his Zanu Pf should go.”

“It’s not only John Mangudya and Mthuli Ncube who must go, it is the entire system from Mnangagwa and his ZANU PF who should go. They are a curse to our nation,” he said.

Recently, Zanu Pf Secretary for Finance, Patrick Chinamasa advised Zimbabweans to desist from voting CCC into power in the upcoming 2023 general elections insisting that if they do, they might invite war and instability in Zimbabwe.

In a Twitter thread, he accused CCC president Nelson Chamisa and one of his deputies, Tendai Biti, of being surrogates of the United States of America’s security agency, the CIA.

“It is an undeniable fact that CCC’s Chamisa and Biti are local Agents and Proxies of the CIA and Pentagon Departments of the USA.

“Those of our citizens who urge Zimbabweans to vote for CCC must know that they are wittingly or unwittingly inviting war and instability to our beloved country,” said Chinamasa

Tensions between the two political parties continue to escalate as Zimbabwe heads to 2023 general elections.
