Former exiled Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education, Professor Jonathan Moyo, has congratulated Vice President Constantino Chiwenga’s remarriage to Colonel Miniyothabo Baloyi.
Posting on his Twitter handle, he said, “Makorokoto Mukanya and all the best from us all.”
Chiwenga’s marriage to Baloyi is his third having been previously married to Mubaiwa and Jocelyn Mauchaza.
It is reported that the army colonel was one of the few people who were allowed to visit Chiwenga when he was hospitalised in China.
Meanwhile, in a statement on Wednesday, President Emmerson Mnangagwa also confirmed Chiwenga remarriage to Colonel Miniyothabo Baloyi, who is a serving officer in the Zimbabwe National Army (ZNA).
