Liverpool To Face Madrid In UCL Round Of 16

English Premier League (EPL) giants, Liverpool will face a tough assignment when they face Real Madrid in the round of 16 draw.

The first leg match is scheduled for February 23 next year in Anfield, with the second leg, at the Bernabeu, set for the start of March.

The Reds, who lost 1-0 to Real Madrid in the UCL final last season, will try their luck to reach the quarter finals against the well groomed Spanish giants.

Madrid have beaten Liverpool in two European Cup finals in the past five seasons, and knocked the Reds out of the Quarter Final stage during the pandemic that affected the 2020/21 season.
