The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) has announced a power disrruption the whole day tomorrow in the high density suburb of Highfield in Harare.
In a statement, ZETDC said the power supply disruption will be caused by maintenance issues.
“The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) would like to advice its customers in Harare Region that there will be a power supply interruption on Friday 21 May 2021 from 0600 – 1800 hours for the purpose of carrying out critical maintenance works.” The statement read.
Electricity will not be available in Old Highfield, Ma stones, Machipisa, Egypt, Engineering, Jerusalem, Lusaka, Paradise, St Peters and Zororo.
The ZETDC further advised customers to, “treat all circuits as LIVE during this period as power maybe restored without notice.”
